Cozy 2-room apartment on the first floor with frontal sea view. Close to the dunes, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and public transport. Pets allowed. Layout Hall, living room with sea view, simple kitchen with serving hatch, toilet, bathroom with bath, bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bedroom with double bed, digital TV.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We had a delightful stay at the Gulf Stream 101 apartment, The sea view was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, The location is perfect, just a short walk to Baldus Beach and a variety of charming restaurants like De Kelle and Cafelito, The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home, The kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the simple yet functional kitchen, Overall, a fantastic experience that we would love to repeat!

I really enjoyed my time at Gulf Stream 101! The apartment was super comfy with a nice sea view, It was close to the beach and restaurants, so we could just walk everywhere, The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the living room was a great spot to chill after a long day exploring Koksijde, Definitely a good value for the price!
