2km from the sea - 4 Bedrooms - 9 persons This sunny house with 4 bedrooms is detached and is located in a quiet residential area right next to the dune reserve "De hoge blekker". The house is very neatly maintained and furnished in a mixed style. Wifi and digital TV available. Pets allowed. You can find a plan of the holiday home in the photos. Layout Ground floor: Hall with toilet, sunny living room and dining area with access to the beautiful terrace with a view of the garden, separately equipped kitchen and a garage. 1st floor: 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed. A washbasin in 3 bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. And from 1/2/2025 a 2nd bathroom with shower.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
