Set in the Varna area of Gambassi Terme/Castelfiorentino, this spacious first-floor villa on Via Varna 69 features two open kitchens with full amenities including espresso machines and high chairs, two air-conditioned living/dining rooms, two bathrooms with bidets, and mezzanines with sofa beds and TVs. Two verandas offer shaded outdoor dining. Additional conveniences include a carport, wood-fired oven, outdoor shower, shared paid washing machine, EV charging point, and permission for gatherings, perfect for relaxed group stays.
The fenced garden is ideal for shared outdoor living with barbecue space, sun loungers, play equipment, table tennis, football tables, and a 12×6 m pool (Apr–Oct). Whether hosting a barbecue or unwinding with a book, guests will find the setting inviting for both fun and relaxation.
