I'd give it a five, but the instructions were outdated. There is no TV service other than the LG apps and the garbage cans are not out the back deck. I put the garbage in the cans by the gate, not sure if I put it in the right cans. But the place is amazing, hot air baloons in the sky every morning. The hot tub is nice, but too many bobbles from the chlorine.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We got to see hot air balloons every morning right from the back porch! It’s a beautiful area!
