About this house rental
In the middle of everything. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, gas stations, churches, buses... Around 3 miles to Disneyland and Convention Center, close to Knott Berry Farm, beaches... 40 minutes from LAX, Los Angeles, San Diego... New built and well maintenance 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, rock waterfall and slide heated pool, hot tub, 10' high block wall for security. There are 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 twins and futons in bedrooms for additional beds. Smart TVs in every bedrooms. Garage and fenced front yard for up to 6 off street parking. Street parking is allowed there.
Amenities at 3 miles to Disneyland, 13 miles to the beach, ideal for a big group or families!

We arrived at the house at 4pm. The cleaning crew was just finishing. The codes for entering the rental and Wifi acces were easy to use. The rental was perfect for our group of 17, including 4 kids under 12 and a 5 month old. We all enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Pans were not very clean. Would recommend Caalphalon rather than stainless steel. Kitchen sink needs better lighting. Overall rental was clean enough and there were oodles of towels. Clothes dryers took forever to dry things - would recommend cleaning vents. Disneyland was about 20 min. away and the beach an hour. Grocery stores,Costco and Target were close by. I would rent this property again. Katie was very easy to communicate with and answered my questions immediately.

Stay in BnBs 2-3 times a year. This is by far our best experience today. Katie was a great host and the location 4 miles from Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City, and Medieval times can't be beat. The kids lived in the pool every time they had a chance. House was large clean and had everything we needed. Thanks Katie

Enjoyed our stay at this big, single story house with an awesome pool! Backyard perfect for entertaining and everyone loved the pool slide hot tub. Host very super responsive and helpful, especially for our last minute booking with a large group. Tons of clean towels and two washer dryer combos which was great! Had some minor plumbing drainage issues that host took care of. Would stay here again.
