About this house rental

*This unit is behind the main house yet we can't see you and you can't see us.

*UTILITIES INCLUDED
The space
*Upon entering your private gated entrance you will find your furnished patio and well-lit front door. Patio is landscaped with unique cacti, lava rock and Dracaena Marginata. You also have a fire pit all to yourself! Perfect for a romantic evening with a glass of wine or just a nice way to unwind after a day of sight seeing.
*Directly behind your door is a wardrobe with a garment rod and drawers for organizing all your clothing/shoes, etc. You will find a full length mirror as well.
*The first room inside the unit is your private bathroom with window, vaulted ceiling and tub/shower combo.
*Upon entering the unit to the right will be a large, open room with vaulted ceiling and multiple windows allowing in tons of light. Blinds included for privacy. Upper (at top of vaulted ceiling) windows do not have blinds. If you prefer sleeping in, you may want to consider bringing an eye mask.
*You will find a 65" mounted smart TV, buffet table with storage and coffee maker, freezer/fridge combo, and an induction cooktop and air fryer/oven combo.
*On the opposite side of the room is a California king size bed for a best nights sleep. Nightstand and lamp with usb port in front of your bedside window.
*The unit also features a dedicated AC/heat unit and a dining table for two.
*You will find simple warm decor in this unit including a large mirror and a wooden shelf with bag/hat hooks.

*The only shared space is the laundry room which is in the garage.

This was my first time using VRBO for a one night stay. Overall the experience was excellent. The area was spacious and clean and the hostess responsive when questions came up. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking, near the rental, was easy to find. The only reason a five star rating wasn’t given is because the tenant, in the main house, let their dogs out in the middle of the night and the dogs were barking near the bedroom window which woke me up well before I left to do an 8 hour drive.

The room was clean, had a very nice tub and shower, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven, and a large tv. Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, and felt safe and comfortable walking my dog around the block. The hosts were very helpful whenever I had questions.
