Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. It is up on a hill in Buckville Arkansas. You have 3 boat ramps( Avant, Buckville and Rabbit Tail). You are 50 minutes from Downtown Hot Springs, 23 miles from Ron Coleman Rock Mines. You have hiking trails 8 miles, 24 miles from Hot Springs Village. You are 4 miles from Camp Story and 15 minutes from North Shores. Fenced-in back yard for your babies. I have two beds for pool table room for guest and air mattress.

This was our second stay here, and we enjoyed it yet again. The kids had fun playing pool in the pool house. The dogs were able to run around in the fenced in yard. We had plenty of room and the beds were nice and comfy. The air conditioner works great, thank goodness because it was very hot. We used the Rabbit Tail boat ramp to access the lake, and it was nice and easy. There are no stores anywhere close, so you better have what you need before you get to the house. We all struggled to use the wifi, but we didn't miss it too much.

We were there to have a cousin reunion. We didn't meet at our place so we mostly just used it to sleep and shower.The beds were very comfortable and the place was nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

There was plenty of room and quietness. We enjoyed the pool table,cooking out and coffee on the porch in the mornings. It was very clean and had plenty of Towels and cooking items. Would recommend to anyone.
