The condo boasts a stylish two-story floor plan connected by an ocean-blue spiral staircase. Shining stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make it easy to plan and prepare meals in the full kitchen-complete with a coffee maker to help start your mornings right. Settle into the sun-kissed living area with a smart TV and a comfortable sectional sofa. Additional perks include four beach towels and two beach chairs

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The freshwater fishing dock is located at the corner of Lagoon Road and Back Bay Drive.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location. Great condo!! Spent 80% of time inside on the screened porch. Actually slept out there one night.

The property was very clean and comfortable. While an older property, it was a good value for easy access to the condominium, luggage carts provided and proximity to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked the ice maker was functional! There was plenty of living area for two adults.

I appreciated that Vacasa came to remove the coffee maker, whose internal component was dirty, moldy, had hair in it and therefore we could not use it. They provided extra k-cups for the 1-cup machine instead, and their response was quick. We would have appreciated being provided adequate bedding for the sofa bed, as the unit is listed as sleeping up to 4. Agree with previous reviewer that not enough towels were supplied, and the elevator is still not working. Overall not bad, but we would probably not book again.
