Vacation in pure serenity atop a 100+ acre avocado and exotic fruit ranch overlooking Morro Bay and the Pacific Ocean in the heart of San Luis Obispo County. This sprawling 8,000 sq ft home has every amenity to never leave, but close enough to everything to come and go. The property is stunning from the bottom to the top of the driveway where the home awaits your arrival. Surreal sunsets, magnificent sunrises, birds gliding across the canyon, and space to unwind. Retreat to this private home to enjoy complete tranquility and peace throughout your stay.
You will be 3 miles to the beach and Downtown Morro Bay. Morro Bay has so much to offer our guests - from the Saturday afternoon Morro Bay Farmers Market to Whale Watching Tours.
Take a 20 minute drive south and enjoy all that San Luis Obispo has to offer. From Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, to San Luis Obispo Children's Museum, to San Luis Obispo's very own baseball team, The Blues! There are endless hikes to take throughout San Luis Obispo as well as picturesque Downtown San Luis Obispo bustling with shops, farmers markets, and restaurants.
Head North on Highway 1 for 10 minutes and you will find the town of Cayucos waiting for you to explore. Cayucos has you covered from coffee to cocktails with an assortment of restaurants depending on your mood. Continue North for another 10 minutes and you will arrive at San Simeon and Cambria. Enjoy the sea lions and beautiful beaches before setting off to Big Sur for the day - only an hour away!

Family trip to Morro Bay. Used to go all the time as kids and figured it was time to take the little ones (two nieces one nephew ages 2-7). There were 9 of us total from the grandparents down, and plenty of space to accommodate all of us comfortably (could have brought more family even!) Everything about our stay was perfect. Location is overlooking the beach/rock and less than a 10 minute drive to town. However , you are up in the hills over the fog, so it’s also about 10 degree warmer than town, which if you know Morro bay is a nice treat. The house was stalked with everything you could image and more. To top it off (for me) a Tesla charger in the garage and a huge bowl of wonderful avocados. Megan and the family host a wonderful home and we will be back! Highly recommend!
