I had the good fortune to stay at Twin Owls from early May 2024 through late October 2024, greatly enjoying Palm Springs as the snowbirds and tourists evaporated in the summer heat leaving the valley to the locals and heat enthusiasts like me. Owners Marc and Christian are super nice guys and through my lengthy tenure I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with them in person as well as regular communication through the Vrbo website as well as by text, phone, and email. It feels like these gents are now family. They’re quick to respond to any issues that may arise.
The condo is well maintained with nice furnishings throughout. The condo has it’s own washer and dryer, a must-have for me. The kitchen is fully stocked with all manner of kitchen equipment if you plan to do any cooking, entertaining, or simply would like to make a cup of tea. The back patio/deck/lanai overlooks the pool below. Out front side there’s a large patio and a tennis court. In the distance a dramatic view of Mount San Jacinto. You can walk to the gay district and downtown is just beyond that. Being Palm Springs, people are very LGBTQ+ friendly, including the folks at Villa Cab. There is a binder full of recommended sites to see, activities to engage in, restaurants to try out, and stores to shop at. More stuff to do and food to eat than you’ll likely have time for.
I very much enjoyed myself at Twin Owls and would recommend staying there to anyone without reservation.

We felt at home upon our first entry. The condo has beautiful furnishings, instructions printed to answer common questions such as how to use the televisions and a very complete guidebook. This is one of the few places we have stayed long term that we did not need to make additional purchases other than food and personal items. The owners were quick to respond to and address our inquiries, very much to our satisfaction. We find The Two Owls most accommodating and wish to return.
