About this apartment rental
We`re so proud of our newest property! Spacious and designer decorated in the heart of the city with peaceful green views! Enjoy the Pool, cabanas, BBQ, and energetic South Congress neighborhood! Just a few blocks from downtown, and the convention center. Conveniently located steps from live music, restaurants + shops. Our newly renovated clubhouse includes a dedicated modern workspace, a 24 hour fitness center, a games room with free arcade games, SkeeBall, and foosball.
This our newest Airbnb condo, and it`s going to be the best one yet! I just had the kitchen, floors and bathrooms renovated and are brand new. We wanted to create a place that is stylish and super comfortable to stay in. Check my hundreds of other five star reviews from my other similar units until we get a few more of our own here..
We love to travel ourselves, and after spending countless nights in AirBnBs and hotels we know it can be kind of a crapshoot, so I wanted to create a fun space that had the best of what we liked and avoid the stuff that we don`t like. A clean well maintained space in a great location.
Really comfortable mattresses and beds, high thread count soft sheets and towels, strong showers with rainfall showerheads, and lots of other little extras. Someplace homey, comfortable and fun! Someplace that feels like the city your visiting and has more style than a generic hotel room.
This is a very large apartment, designed by Austin locals to be a fun comfy, sparkly home away from home right in the heart of everything. The apartment is well air-conditioned (it gets hot in Austin). Whether it`s nightlife, brunch or hike along the lake, it`s all right there. We`re located near a ton of great places in Austin and right in the middle of all the South Congress fun. There is easy free parking on-site and the apartment has easy access to S. Congress Ave. and the neighborhood and a few blocks from downtown and the convention center.
We want you to feel right at home in our place and in our city. So if there`s anything we can do to prep for or help you out during your visit don`t hesitate to ask! There is always something amazing going on in Austin, and we`ll be happy to give you some great tips on live music, fantastic food, or the lowdown on what`s going down while you`re here. If you need some tips on where to find the best tacos, the best BBQ without a long wait, what bands are playing while you`re here, we got ya covered.
The place is all yours! No one else lives here when we don`t have guests. The space is set up exclusively for you. You will have use of the entire space. We have an electronic smart lock with a keypad and your own code, so check-in is easy and whenever you want, and everyone in your party can come and go whenever they please. No need to manage or even carry keys.
local and visitor favorites alike, we are located in the vibrant SoCo neighborhood steps from music, food, downtown, Lady Bird Lake, 6th St., Austin City Limits, and Zilker park, and the convention center and Rainey St. which are all right nearby.
We have free covered parking on site for two cars. Other free parking is available for more vehicles. Lyft and Uber are never more than minutes away. Rental scooters and bikes are also always on the property and easily nearby. There is also public transit to and from the airport and everywhere else just on the corner.

Our group of 6 ladies stayed very comfortably here! We loved the pool area and workout room. The location was great for walking to many restaurants, bars, and attractions. Check in and check out were very easy and the owners had great communication and recommendations for nightlife and restaurants.

Location absolutely great. About a mile from 6th & Congress. Nice pool. Safe parking.
If you expect luxury, this might not be the spot. This is a spacious place with 2 baths...but in the end, it is a semi-remodeled apartment.
Perfect for younger people, but I think someone over 40 might feel like it's too much like a college apartment.
But who goes to Austin to stay indoors? This place is really good for exploring the city.
