Our condo was nice, comfortable, and spacious.There was a minor issue with the one bathtub thatstarted leaking on the condo below. No big deal in the end.

checked in on a Sunday and the process was easy (lock box outside of the rental store ) where you can pick up your keys / pool pass. kitchen was well stocked (coffee machine, toaster, etc)

Our Yacht villa was very room and we had a great view. Plenty of parking. When we called the office, someone always answered, which is rare these days and on the day that I had to go in and get the pool key, the staff that was working was so friendly and helpful. They just finished having an office birthday party and gave me a nice piece of birthday cake to go!

The location and property were in a great location and the pool was amazing. The housing was good enough for what we needed. To be fair, I would probably never book it again. The condo had a lot is things that were broken or really old. The curtains didn’t hang, the center table and parts of the couch were broken. The comforter had a hole in it. The biggest issue was the kitchen utensil. Lack of necessities compared to any other rental I’ve stayed in.
