About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this former schoolhouse in the charming village of Heudicourt, now converted into a gîte, with a surface area of 190 m² and a capacity of up to 10 people. Decorated with taste and refinement, the house features a lovely 50 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. You'll enjoy a garden of approx. 1000 m² and, just 150 m away, free access to the château's 15-hectare wooded park and tennis court.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 50 m² living room with fitted kitchen, dining table, sofas, TV and fireplace
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: large bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bedroom 5: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- Small children's bedroom with crib
In the outbuildings :
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Outside :
- A vast 400 m² entrance courtyard with private parking and access to the various outbuildings
- A lovely south-facing, fully enclosed, grassed garden of approx. 1000 m², with garden furniture and barbecue
- Courtyard with table tennis and wood storage area
- Children's play equipment: bowls, swing, slide, mini-billiards, balls, rackets, etc.
The house is ideally located in Heudicourt, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby in the village you'll find a bar-tabac, small grocery store, farm caterer and post office, and within a 5 km radius you'll find all the essential stores as well as boutiques , restaurants, bars, market, etc.

- Sightseeing: Lyons-la-Forêt and its forest (one of the most beautiful beech forests in France), Gisors, Château-Gaillard in Les Andelys, Claude Monet's home and gardens in Giverny, Rouen, etc.
- Sports activities: tennis and jogging (at the château), equestrian club, canoeing-kayaking, swimming pool, golf, greenway for cycling, accrobranche, etc.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

La Goupillère "The house and village was lovely. The host was very kind and responsive.
It was a shame that the boulangerie had closed down, but we were grateful for the fresh bread vending machine outside the house."
