- NOTE: This 3-story home requires exterior steps to enter. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main level
- NOTE: The island is a WALK-ON Ferry only. No cars will come to the island but, the Guest Contact does provide an on-island host to meet you at the Hat Island marina, take you to your complimentary island car, and get you settled in at the home. This is NOT a good place from which to base day trips as there are very limited ferry runs
- NOTE: The ferry charges $12-$24 per guest. The homeowner must book the ferry for the guests. Guests cannot make their own ferry reservations as this is a private island and ferry. The ferry has a very limited schedule. All guests must be on the ferry they are booked for or they will not be able to access the island. There are no refunds for missed ferries. Please be at the dock one hour before your ferry departure
- NOTE: This property is located on a bluff with no fencing. There is a natural barrier, but all guests must use extreme caution when they are at the edge of the property near the wood-burning fire pit
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located by the front door facing the front entrance, and 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the deck. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound
- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system
- NOTE: The property has ceiling fans but does not offer air conditioning
