Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, Southern charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river.
Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!
Getting Around:
Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park.

The overall stay was nice, the house had plenty of room for 5 of us and we loved the lay out. Nice location, however, nothing in walking distance. We rented for the pool and jacuzzi only, however we saw the pool man daily the entire 5 days and it still wasn't working. The toilet needed to be fixed and the handle for the stove fell right off when it was touched upon arrival. The property manager came right over to fix everything immediately. She was a great property manager. She even offered to let us use the pool next door when they didn't have anyone in the house. She made the stay overall right after things didn't go the way we wanted for the pool. I would rent this property over and over again.

Our overall stay was Great ! We visited during the cold month of December (Christmas Eve).... Our only complaint was, the thermostat control. There was only 1 thermostat in the 2 story home... (which was located on the first level). We were setting the temperature on 76-77 degrees, in which, we thought would be comfortable for everyone.... It actually never felt that on level 1. Everyone were complaining how cold they were. However ! when we retired for the night upstairs.... It was SOOO HOT !!! upstairs. All 4 couples upstairs were sweating ! throughout the night. The downstairs guest, were Freezing ! I would be wonderful, if they could install a 2nd unit, so there would be 2 Thermostats in the home. Other than that ! It was a Beautiful, Clean Home ! The back yard was gorgeous as well... with the pool. Would like to come back during the summer months.

Everything about this house is great and I definitely recommend it for large families! We loved the pool & hot tub. Plenty of towels provided for the home and pool, and both home and pool are beautiful. It was difficult to find the home on arrival in the dark because the street is not on maps yet, but once we found it the home was easy to get to. The host was very responsive to messages and helpful with any small problems we encountered. The only improvement I could see would be to have a separate heater for the pool & hot tub. When heating the hot tub the pool gets cold as the one heater is used for both. This home has TWO washers/dryers and that was amazing for keeping all the clothes and towels clean! We will definitely stay here again if we stay in the area!
