With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & a fenced in yard, this house is perfect for families, groups of friends, and workers on assignment in the area! Located right off State Park Rd, 1 mile from Northside Park/Otter Creek Water Park. This house can meet all of your needs!

►Kitchen and Dining Room: A dining room table that seats 4, refrigerator, oven, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and dish-ware you will need for your stay.

Loved this house they even set up a Christmas tree for us and left cookies for the kids. Absolutely wonderful the hosts are so responsive and communicative. I would most definitely stay again.

We were in town for a ceremony at NGU. The location was convenient to the University and to Greer. Many places to eat. The house was the perfect size for us and clean. The host was available when needed and responded quickly. We enjoyed having a Christmas tree too!
