Welcome to our two bedroom home located in Sedona near Red Rock State Park. The property is tucked away in a rural neighborhood where you can enjoy serene views of Cathedral Rock. The property features a private deck, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and stargazing.
This unit comfortably sleeps 4 and is perfect for couples, families, or small groups traveling to Sedona. The unit has a private, fully-fenced backyard and is pet friendly with a $100 pet fee.
The space features:
-Two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and clothing storage
-Comfortable living area with a Smart TV, views, and easy access to the private deck
-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and drip coffee maker
-Dining area for 4
-Large private deck with lounge seating area and BBQ
-Private, fully-fenced backyard
-Free, onsite washer/dryer
This home is part of a 2 unit property, the unit next door is also a short-term rental and may be occupied during your stay. Please respect the guests next door.
The home is in close proximity to the popular Red Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Buddha Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Pyramid Mountain, Schuerman Mountain, Baldwin Trail, and Eagles Nest. Mountain bikers can quickly access Pyramid Mountain biking trail from the house.
The guests will have access to the entire unit except for the locked storage closet. They will not have access to the rental unit next door.
We are not located onsite but are available remotely as needed.
This home is located off of Lower Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions. This is a private ~1 acre property located at the end of a dirt road.
This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming apps on Smart TV`s. Cable service is not provided.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1000 for deodorization.

Cute place, on the outskirts of town. I would have liked to know there was a connecting door to the vacation rental next door prior to booking.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and affordable. I wish there had been at least some basic spices (e.g. pepper) and the silverware drawer lacked any butter knives.

it was so wondful staying at there. my daughter and i were so impressed the housing, the facilities and the location.
if i come to sedona again, definitelly i will use the house.
the styaing at there is our life long memory.
