About this house rental
•Boasting an array of sleek finishes and a thoughtful open plan layout, this immaculate 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is a paradigm of contemporary Columbus living. Features of this 1260 sq. ft. home include wide plank engineered LVP floors, central heating and cooling, washer/dryer, granite countertops, basement, back yard, two (2) private parking paces, and many more. This newly renovated home flows into a luminous, open-concept living and dining area.

•HOME (DUPLEX): Please note that this home is over 50 years old so we have squeaky floors and doors. This is a duplex and both units (yours and the one next door) are both AirBnB's. Nothing is shared except for the backyard. Expect to experience a similar experience as you would in a hotel or apartment with potentially being able to hear guests on the other side from time to time. We kindly ask to be considerate of quiet hours. Enjoy the home! :)
•Guest Access: Entire home.
•ALEXA: This home is 90% run via Alexa. Every room has a SONOS speaker with Alexa active. The living room is also Alexa active. If your name is Alexa, we apologize in advance.
•SMART LOCK: Last 4 digits of your phone number is your access code. Enter it and it will open. To lock, press the bottom right button with an “X” and wait for the check mark.
•SURVEILLANCE: There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home for security reasons. One faces the parking lot and the other faces the front porch/street. If you feel uncomfortable, please let us know and we will turn them off. Again, they are for security reasons only.
•BRAKING RULES:
• $250: To be paid for braking home rules.
• $500: To be paid for smoking inside the home.

Small issue with the heat, tried to resolve it, the solution was on a after stay basis. Sure, it's a non-issue now.

The duplex is very accessible to downtown and all the attractions, exceptionally well furnished,and absolutely immaculate. I cannot say enough about how gracious the host is. He always replied promptly even when it was my repetitive questions. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Columbus, from the very plush towels to all the smart house extras this property is a gem.
