About this house rental
Bring your family for a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beaches, golf, volleyball, and other activities on this private island only a 20 minute boat ride from Everett marina. It is a private island so please before booking check Hat Island ferry schedule (hatisland.com/ferry) to make sure there’s a ferry available on days you’re going.
House has a big yard with an extra bluff-lot across the road with a shed that stores outdoor supplies like hammock, camp chairs, games, etc.
The fire pit overlooks a 15-mile Southern view and is very fun to enjoy a bonfire with your friends & family.

We had rented this house previously and rented it again for a family gathering. It has been great both times we’ve rented. The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. The lot and picnic table across the road provide a wonderful view of Puget Sound, boats, and the state ferries.

Peaceful and beautiful property. House accommodated our party of 9 nicely but was a little dirty upon arrival. Communication with host was a bit rocky.
