Clean and just as advertised. We got a little confused by the parking and check-in process, but blame that mostly on ourselves. Hosts were responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Access to the pool and gym were nice as well.

My family loved our stay here. It is close to everything and we felt very safe walking around in downtown Chicago.
