The place was clean there seemed to be a smeel coming from somewhere could not determine where otherwise all ok

Owners have clearly gone to great lengths to compensate for the limitations of the premises. It is a small and dark flat with little natural light but which is well located within Tenby,comfortable,clean, well kitted out and everything works. It has no inside table /chairs for eating ( presumably because there isnt room) and the outside area while pleasant receives virtually no sun. It is fine as a place to spend the night but has limitations for spending daytime hours inside.
