Апартаментът е голям, чист и с частен паркинг в двора до сградата. Отсреща има голям супермаркет.
Апартаментът се намира на две натоварени улици и е доста шумно. Освен това точно до спалните на улицата има шахта, през която при преминаване на всеки автомобил се чува силен и постоянен шум. Възглавниците също бяха неудобни.
Разстоянието до центъра на града е 25 минути пеша и с градски транспорт.

Appartamento molto bello e comodo con parcheggio interno. C'è un supermercato NaturaSì proprio di fronte all'ingresso. Il soggiorno dà su una strada trafficata ma non ha dato noia.
Era sabato sera e sotto casa c'erano dei ragazzi che hanno fatto molto rumore fino alle 4 del mattino e questo è risultato decisamente fastidioso.

El apartamento está reformado, hay zona para aparcar el coche y un super al lado.
Tal como está ahora no es un apartamento para 6 personas. Dos personas tuvimos que dormir en el salón en un colchón hinchable que se desinfló en mitad de la noche.
En el apartamento hacía frío, no había mantas en las habitaciones.
