1. The space is very nice with enough space, I over it.
2. Security level is acceptable.
3. Strategically well located for public transportation.
1. The level of hygiene in the sink ( it was very dirty).
2. The bathing space has some dirty stains ate the bottom, it need to be cleaned.
3. Low pressure of water when taking the bath.
4. The sinh where you wash your face doesn’t drain properly.
5. Staying for 19 days, the stuff should have provided new set of towels after 5 days at least.

Beaucoup d'espace. Le canapé est confortable. Pas trop cher
Le papier toilette était très fin et déjà entamé. Il y avait un plat pour gâteau qui était sal, bien qu'il ne m'ait pas servi.

L'appartement est très bien situé près des rues historiques de Valence, facilité pour se garer dans la rue, gratuit entre 19h et 9h. Appartement spacieux
L'appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur, ce qui n'est pas explicitement indiqué, il n'a pas de fenêtres, il y a 2 petits Velux, luminosité faible contrairement à ce que laisse penser les photos. Equipement intérieur au strict minimum, pas de décoration, peu de vaisselle, dépareillée, fils électriques qui se baladent sur le plan de travail. Surtout la prestation ne correspond pas au prix demandé.
