The location, the short walking distance to the Marina, restaurants, cafes, shops and feeling safe as a solo traveller, the ongoing communication and the assistance from both Manuel and Tom with my luggage.
The wi-fi dropped out after the first day and interfered with my roaming wi-fi at one stage but a minor glitch.

Excellent location, one minute from the centre in a quiet alley. Nicely furnished, comfortable living space. The host is kind and helpful.

nice flat close to everything, nice view from upper floor
The accommodation was not ready for the check in time but we were not informed and waited outside ( at 3pm around 38 degree celcius) to receive the code for the lock box.
The internet was not working and the host had no idea how to solve it, it took a couple of hours to come up with a solution, the internet was still very weak during our stay.
We informed the host that the AC was leaking water but they did not even reply to our message.
