L'ampiezza delle stanze, la terrazza con vista e la presenza della moka

L'appartamento era freddo, il frigo non era ben pulito, mancavano alcuni utensili tra cui l'adattatore per il phon. Alcuni materassi dei letti sono troppo morbidi, forse vanno sostituiti.
