Marin and the reception team were really friendly and helpful. We arrived before the check in time and they were happy to allow us to store our bags and they phoned us as soon as our rooms were ready. They explained things clearly and Marin provided his phone number should we need any further assistance. There was a fridge in my room, plenty of storage space and glasses and towels were plentiful (the only thing that I missed was a kettle, though I didn't ask if it was possible to have one). Villa Fontana is fabulously central - everything is literally less than 3 minutes walk away. Because of the number of restaurants I didn't take up the breakfast option so can't comment on that.

Trogir was one of the highlights of our visit to Croatia. Our stay at Villa Fontana was excellent, right in the heart of Trogir. Marin [owner] was most helpful with our luggage and parking. The hotel was in the middle of shops, restaurants and the beautiful promenade. We took the bus [about 20-25 minutes] to Split to avoid parking headaches. Highly recommend!!! Also, Trogir is close to Split airport.
