Location was spot on and the added benefit of parking which is bad in Lyme Regis at the best of times.
Can’t say we didn’t like the property as it was great, but….
Even though it stated free WiFi initially it didn’t work and nothing was in the welcome folder as to how to access it, so bought a 24 hours EE voucher @ £9.99, however after contacting Emily she informed me that the codes were on the back of the router which didn’t work either but after using the QR code it did! Issue was that the tele then kept buffering so disconnected and the tv worked, note to the next guest there are no free terrestrial channels as the tv’s are off a smart tv set up so you’ll need to have a tv licence to watch BBC etc. Didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for 1 night and spent the time walking the width and breadth of Lyme anyway.

The location was absolutely perfect.
Clean and a great layout for a couple
Bed was comfy and clean
Damage was caused when our car on exiting the parking space on the raised concrete due to the angle and the fact there was a car parked opposite.

The location was perfect and so close to everything. Lovely little touches like the sweets. Nice and cosy flat with everything you need to have a lovely stay.
The parking was difficult due to the size of pur car. There is another flat above which was quite loud on occasions but thats not to be helped.

Nice decor and clean bathroom
Rubbish left on floor, stains on floor. Mouldy walls. Damp bedding.
