The place is really nice and clean, it's just a small room, nothing special but good for a sleepover and stay for tourist or business vacations. There is an coffee maker so you can make your self some coffee and there's some tea too which is quite nice of them to include it. The bathroom is nice and clean and it's private so you don't share it with anyone else. Wi-fi signal is nice, there's a tv too, and air con also and it was nice from the owner to set it on 21 celsius so room was nice and warm when we arrived. The place is in nice, beautiful and peaceful neighborhood so it was quiet during the night. The breakfast is more like a morning snack with some bread and milk and jam, there's a small refrigerator for your own stuff but they don't include anything in it.
I really don't have anything to complain, for the price it's good place. I could only suggest it would be great if the room included disposable slippers for extra comfort.

Au petit déjeuner, on vous propose des biscottes, des petits pains industriels , ainsi que la confiture ! Pas de beurre disponible! Heureusement nous avions des restes de gâteau !
