The house was beautiful and so comfortable for how many people we had. It was in a nice neighborhood and made us feel safe.
The only two issues were one you could hear the man upstairs walking around at 5am. The other was the house was advertised with the heated pool but they expected us to pay extra for the heat. The heated pool was the biggest reason we booked this house and the kids could barely swim.

The home is excellent.
It is very large, with large rooms that accommodated our family of 8 easily with room to spare. Very modern appliances and as an added bonus all bedrooms had TVs as well as the living room. The pool was a nice added bonus and thoroughly enjoyed by our 9-year-old granddaughter who also lives in ours at home when she visits. The bathrooms were well located and easily accessed and the washer/dryer always a must for our stays was excellent.
Our host was responsive when we did have occasion to contact him and he checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well.
The location is mid-city, and we knew that when we rented as we were there to attend the Crescent City Classic that our daughter was running in and wanted to be midway between the start (Super Dome) and finish (City Park) of the race but for someone who wanted a location near the action it would have been very disappointing. There are few restaurants/eating places that are within walking distance. in the event we wanted to eat out as opposed to cooking. We always needed to either utilize our vehicles or uber/taxi to one. The neighborhood itself is one in transition and has not quite yet "arrived". We felt very safe. Our neighbors "above" us were somewhat noisy, working guys I think, they moved things around, and walked heavily, and it's somewhat disappointing to be awakened by that in the early AM when trying to sleep-in.

This home is beautifully decorated, cozy and felt like home. We easily cooked meals in the very modern kitchen and all the kitchen utensils, cookware and accessories made it that much enjoyable. The heated pool is an added bonus and was definitely used, even in the cooler October night. The heater made the pool like a nice warm bath. Home had any and everything we needed to make our stay the absolute most comfortable, oh and I almost forgot...the tub in the back master bath! This tub and the bubble bath I took in it were PRICELESS! Looking forward to booking real soon!

Var was a great host, easy to work with. This house was one of the cleanest and best equipped I have ever stayed at. Modern furnishings, top of the line appliances (loved the craft ice maker), great internet service, an abundance of kitchen equipment and extras like paper products, spices, coffee, jelly, creamer, syrup, etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with towels and amenities. Master bath features a rain shower and deep tub. Lots of space in common areas and bedrooms. House is pet friendly and has empty lot and park nearby and safe residential area for walking your dog. We enjoyed the heated pool, the only drawback was it cooled off every night and had to heat up again the next day, so it was a tad chilly some days. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Location was a convenient drive to NOLA attractions without having to stay in the thick of it. Our party was 7 adults and one dog.
