Lovely apartment, extremely quiet and comfortable, just steps from Piazza Del Campo. Fantastic location, equipped with everything we needed.

The proximity to the main piazza and the shops. A historic medieval building but with a modern interior.
I want to alert everyone. The apartments are on level 2 onwards. There are 20 steps to reach them. There is a tiny lift which we used when we checked in with luggage, but you can’t use it after checkin because you don’t have the key. On the day of our check out, there was no staff present to unlock the lift and so we had to risk injury by carrying our heavy luggage down 20 steps. This, despite being told that someone would be there to open the lift for us. This was the most serious lapse in customer service we have ever encountered. It was very disappointing.

La situation est parfaite, et en même temps c'est calme la nuit. Bien isolé niveau acoustique. L'appartement est avec un design super intéressant. L'accueil a été rapide et efficace.
