The location was great. The room was smaller than I thought, but I was alone, so no problem.
It would be nice to have a little shower caddy in the shower, so you don’t have to hold on to soap and shampoo, while you’re showering; The electrical box in the kitchen, should be fixed to avoid possible shock, while plugging in and taking out coffee machine and hot water pot; No place to keep bicycle on ground floor

Posizione in centro, caratteristico. Smart TV e riscaldamento molto efficiente. Bella la vista!

Terzo piano senza ascensore, su scale antiche. Asciugamani a disposizione ma mancano essenziali come shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Letti singoli accoppiati, si separano. Cuscini un po' scomodi. Erano presenti macchinetta del caffè e bollitore ma le cialde del caffè lasciate a disposizione non erano compatibili con la macchinetta. Presa al muro in cucina fuori posto. Prese al letto quasi inesistenti.
Tappeti pieni di polvere, camino non funzionante solo estetico.
Non c'è un porta oggetti nella doccia. Doccino casca dal sifone.

Il fatto di avere un check in e out in autonomia, la vista dalla stanza, la posizione centrale.
La cura dei dettagli della stanza, la presenza di molti asciugamani, un asciugacapelli, un angolo cucina molto ben attrezzato.
La zona di notte è stata molto rumorosa, con schiamazzi, urla e petardi.
La stanza, nonostante una pompa di calore, è risultata fredda, poco confortevole.
Il letto e i cuscini abbastanza scomodi.

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Schöner großer Balkon
Negativ: Leider war es nicht sonderlich sauber (siehe Dusche), auch auf Spiegel und Lampe in der Küche waren Staubschichten. Klopapier bis auf eine halbe Rolle nicht vorhanden. Extrem (!!) hellhörig, man hört alles was oberhalb passiert (schnarchen, husten, tv...). Qualität der Möbel insbesondere draußen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden (sehr wackelig).
