Ons verblijf bij Picú Home was werkelijk perfect van begin tot einde. De ligging is ideaal: vlakbij de treinverbinding naar de luchthaven én in de levendige wijk Soho, met gezellige sfeer, een markt en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Het gebouw zelf is prachtig gerenoveerd, recent gerestaureerd met kwalitatieve en degelijke materialen. Wij verbleven in de gelijkvloerse flat en genoten van alle comfort. Alles was piekfijn in orde. En last but not least: de fantastische hosts Julia en Mercedes. We kregen enorm veel nuttige informatie en ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen. Zowel bij aankomst als vertrek mochten we onze valiezen veilig stockeren, wat bijzonder handig was. Bovendien reageerden ze onmiddellijk wanneer we hen nodig hadden. Echt topservice! Kortom: een absolute aanrader. Alles klopte gewoon. Wij komen zeker terug. Een dikke 10/10!

Checking in online was easy via a link. Quick and helpful responses from the host. The location is very close to the town center, in a more residential area which felt comfortable. We received an excellent guide on how to get around town, including a well planned city tour and great recommendations on where to eat. The apartment was very clean, with a well-thought lay-out and amenities.

My husband is a bit more sensitive to sounds, the hallways echoed a bit into our apartment. It was fine for him with earplugs. I am a deep sleeper so I was not bothered.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the owner was excellent, the apartment was very modern, perfectly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was also fantastic. The breakfast with a personal touch was a lovely bonus and made our stay even more special. As someone who also rents out an apartment in my own country, I truly appreciate the high standard and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place!
