Η περιοχή ήταν εξαιρετική γιατί ήμουν με τα πόδια και κοντά στην λεωφόρο Αλεξάνδρας που σημαίνει 10-15 λεπτά περπάτημα απ' το σταθμό Αμπελόκηποι του μετρό αλλά και κοντά με τα πόδια, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, απ' τα υπέροχα στέκια των Εξαρχείων.
Μου άρεσε επίσης η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση απ' τη Σελήνη. Με κατατόπισε τόσο για το πώς θα φτάσω στο σπίτι όσο και για το αν χρειαστώ οτιδήποτε επιπλέον, να το ζητήσω δίχως δεύτερη σκέψη!

Μου άρεσε πολύ ,εκτός από το διαμέρισμα, η τοποθεσία. Διάφορα μαγαζάκια με φτηνό φαγητό, νεολαία, καφέ και μπαράκια, και εναλλακτικές επιλογές. Ζωντανή περιοχή γύρω γύρω και 'ήσυχα στο διαμέρισμα, Επίσης η Σελήνη είναι εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα,

L'appartement est bien situé, à côté d'une taverne très sympathique, typique appartement grec. L'hôte est réactive.
L'appartement n'a pas de chauffage, seule une climatisation réversible dans le salon qui n'est pas suffisante pour chauffer les autres pièces. Il est assez bruyant en raison du rez-de-chaussée et le passage des deux-roues (pas de double-vitrage) et du mur mitoyen entre la chambre et la taverne voisine, où le samedi soir, on joue de la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin ce qui est gênant si on souhaite dormir avant. Le matelas serait à changer.
