We had a wonderful 3 night stay - indeed it was our favourite place to stay during our 3 week adventure through Norway. The view is exceptional and just like the photos, the decor is lovely too - very homely. comfortable, super clean and calming.. This placs has everything you need with easy parking and a short drive to town. We loved our stay here. Would highly recommend.

The advantages of its location lie in the quiet neighborhood and its setting on a hillside, offering a complete view of the distant lights across the lake or sea in the town center, as well as New Year's fireworks. Additionally, the accommodation is relatively well-equipped.
The downside is also its location—it's too far from the town center and may be inconvenient without a car. To get to the harbor or cruise terminal, you would need to take a taxi costing around 300–400 Norwegian kroner, walk half an hour to the town center, or combine walking with a bus ride (though most of the journey would still involve walking since the bus stop is quite far away). Another minor point is that the shower area is rather narrow.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist eine für mich schöne Mischung aus altem Charme und modernen Elementen. Man kann direkt vor der Tür parken und ist in 5 Minuten direkt in der Stadt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch und man kann abends stundenlang von dort die Nordlichter bewundern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Tusen takk!
