Nice area.

The best location for a solo female traveler.
The accommodation is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Every amenity was there. Even a bit of groceries like salt sugar tea water oil. Which I appreciate. Everything i needed was only a whatsapp away. Even when I needed a hairdresser, massage, supermarket, directions, information. Melinda responded immediately no matter the time . I loved it . PETRALONA is so safe I am surprised the town doesn't get more publicity.
There's families living there and children playing in the park at the church, and the metro is surrounded by restaurants and local people having coffee and wine, so you feel safe coming home or just strolling.
I am 50 and wanted to experience the culture of the food and the history and warmth of old Athens ...
My host and accommodation and all the businesses in the area made me feel so at home.

I didn't know the cellphone shops are closed on weekends. So could only get a sim card on Monday.
But wifi at accomodation 💯

Πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και πολυκατοικία, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καινούργιες συσκευές και ανακαινισμένος χώρος, φωτεινό
Το κλιματιστικό πολύ μικρό και για να ζεσταθεί ο χώρος ήθελε πάνω από 3 ώρες. Στο κρεβάτι είχε σπάσει το κεντρικό ξύλο κάτω από το στρώμα με αποτέλεσμα να κάνει μια τεράστια λακούβα στη μέση και ο ύπνος μας να είναι δυσάρεστος. Το στρώμα βέβαια ήταν ωραίο. Το θερμοσίφωνο έσταζε όταν το άναβες και το νερό περνούσε από την πόρτα κι έβγαινε στο καθιστικό, οπότε ήσουν με τη σφουγγαρίστρα συνέχεια. Και το τελευταίο στις πληροφορίες για το check out προτείνουν να αφήσετε το κλειδί μεσα στο σπιτι ή στο locker, εμείς κάναμε το λάθος και το αφήσαμε στο σπίτι. Όταν πήγαμε να φύγουμε 6 το πρωί η πόρτα της πολυκατοικίας ήταν κλειδωμένη!!!! Καλέσαμε την ιδιοκτήτρια... άφαντη! Προσοχή!
