La posizione sia per la spiaggia che per raggiungere a piedi i negozi

Il terrazzo sul retro non è facilmente vivibile. La pulizia potrebbe migliorare. Mancanza di posto auto. Parcheggio ampio difronte ma abbiamo comunque preso due multe per aver ritardato di 10 minuti a cambiare il disco orario dopo ogni due ore.
