Sea Breeze - 3 Bed House, Parking for 2 Cars

The house is in a great location, walking distance to the harbour, shops and beach. The property was tidy, clean and nicely decorated which gives a great holiday vibes. It's fully kitted, so no hassle to take anything especially kitchenware, beds were comfy and bedding was clean & fresh. There is parking space for 2 vehicles right outside the front door. If you have an EV, there are AC & DC chargers in the Trenwith Car Park at a decent price per kW. Download the Evolt network app! Lisa, the host, messaged me throughout the stay and responded very quickly to my queries. Definitely recommend, you won't regret it.

Not a show stopper, but the outside area could be improved especially for use during the summer months and some guide notes about the area for those who never visited St Ives and surrounding and user manual about things in the property like how to use the heating, connect to wifi, tv, what to do with the rubbish, etc.

Perfect location, st Ives is renowned for being very steep, but this was near the centre and beach, so not a hard walk. Great having two parking spaces. Little extras I wasn’t expecting such as toilet rolls, tea towels, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, hand soap. Lovely bed linen and comfy beds, spacious bed rooms.

Not so didn't like- to make it even better... An information book about the house- how to work certain appliances, what time do with rubbish and recycling. It would have been useful to know that there was no tiolet rolls, rubbish bags etc; once you use the one you have been left. A small hand towel in the bathroom
