The cottage is very clean and tidy, has spacious rooms, is equipped with everything you need for a short stay and is located in the centre of the village. It is no more than a few minutes walk to the amenities and the common was lovely for dog walks. I would recommend to friends and would stay again.
It’s difficult to find any fault but the only small thing was that parking when I arrived on Friday was an issue (I parked near the coach company) so I had to unload the dog bed and bags over multiple trips. However, I was able to move the car nearer on Saturday morning so it was a minor inconvenience.

As advertised, cosy cottage with USP being wood burning stove in lounge. Rooms very spacious and done out to lovely rustic charm. Situated right in centre of Litcham this house provides a nice base to explore local area and beyond.
Entrance to rear feels like you are walking past everyone and sleeping them by stepping on gravel.

Christmas getaway, perfect cosy stay, very comfortable beds, great features (log burner, stripped woodwork, original tile floor) Pub very close, village shop, dog walks on Litcham Common & beach 30 mins drive. Loved so much would definitely stay again.
