Zentrumsnah gelegen, dennoch ruhig, in einer sehr schönen Stadtvilla mit sehr gepflegten Vorgarten und Außenbereich. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof, zur Ruhr und Zentrum, Parkmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, schönes neues Bad, nur die Lage des Wasch-/Spülbeckens im Schlafzimmer ist nicht ideal. Verdunklungsmöglichkeit mit Außenjalousie, daher auch an warmen Tagen angenehm kühl. Sehr schön für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Arnsberg.

Der Vorgarten und die schöne Optik vom Haus und der separater Eingang. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war auch gut.
Es gab nur ein Waschbecken im Wohn/ Schlafzimmer. Körperpflege im gleichen Waschbecken wie Gläser/Geschirr gewaschen wurden. In der Dusche befand sich ein Sammelsurium an Dusch Utensilien voriger Gäste. Das fand ich nicht schön.
