Very spacious. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Enjoyed relaxing in the game room/garage.
No complaints at all. I would just like to suggest that the garage door could use some WD40. It’s very loud and squeaky when opening and closing.

Very spacious, excellent location.
Paying for cleaning fees but lots of dog hair, a mouse in the garage, no rugs in downstairs bathroom.

The beds were comfortable. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms. I e bedroom is on the entry level. Kitchen was nicely equipped. It was very spacious. No baking sheets and no bar ware (adult drinking glasses) except for two wine glasses.
Separated heating/air units for levels was nice.
The train goes by multiple times a day starting around 5:00am-5:30 and continues throughout the day. The train tracks are about 100 feet from the property if not less. The train whistle was loud and woke us each morning.
Unit is not as close to broadway as we hoped. It was a 15-20 minute ride each way.
There are no fabric window treatments and no carpet so the sound throughout the house traveled. If someone was watching tv in the living room, you could hear it on the upper floor and lower floor.

We had a wonderful time at the property, using it specifically for sleeping because we were on the go every day, all day. Be careful that you double check that the $250 security deposit gets refunded. I just got off the phone with Jane who explained that even after a month, it may take a while longer to get the $250 deposit back. It seems a bit fraudulent to hold a security deposit a month after checking out of an Airbnb!!! We were not there long enough to even dirty the space, and never received any feedback saying there could have been a problem!
