Tutto. Gentilezza di Marco, suo papà e il cameriere unica. Camera pulitissima, cucina fantastica e prezzi contenuti essendo a Lugano.

Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in questa struttura, staff molto gentile e con attenzione al cliente. Cucina eccezionale. Posizione comoda da raggiungere, silenziosa e ben servita.
Cuscini forse un po troppo morbidi ma magari è solo un mio gusto personale.

Proches du centre-ville et ligne de bus à proximité immédiate. Personnel sympathique et à disposition.
Aucune isolation phonique des chambres. Traffic intense jour et nuit, très bruyant. Matelas tres dur et coussin très fin (1 seul en plus dans l'armoire. Pas de lampe de chevet, ni de prise à proximité du lit. Pas de porte-serviettes à la salle de bains ni de support à papier de toilette.
