A nice room with everything necessary. A great location — it’s easy to get to the city center and other places because the metro is nearby. It was also quiet, except for a couple of early days when it was a bit noisy because there is a school nearby and children were playing outside in the morning, which could be heard. However, the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable, and it was pleasant to stay in the apartment.
1) Keys. They are located about 15 minutes away from the apartment. The key pickup point is a small local shop that works from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). The keys also have to be returned there. So if you need to leave the apartment earlier, keep this in mind and arrange in advance with the host where you can leave them.
2) Smell in the apartment. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted by a very strong smell of cigarettes. It felt like someone had been smoking in this apartment all the time. The smell had deeply soaked into the curtains, blankets, bedding, towels, and so on. Honestly, it felt like being in a nightclub — but in the morning, when the smell becomes terrible. The host brought us a scented candle, and we kept airing the apartment and cooking food, which helped a little, but even after returning home all my belongings still smelled like smoke.
3) Toilet door. Someone had already written about this before, and unfortunately nothing has changed. The door still doesn’t close fully — it stays open by about 8–10 cm.

Très bien, super appartement, Nous nous sentons en sécurité.
Propre et accessible facilement
( la remise des clés un peu plus loin du lieu de l'appartement mais cela se fais rapidement ( en voiture 4 min)
La propriétaire est très arrangeante ( a répondu a nos demandes)
Merci encore nous reviendrons lors de nos formations sur Paris
Porte des toilettes ne ferme pas. ( mais rien de grave )

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta che abbiamo dovuto prendere le chiavi in un’altro posto

Très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du métro (ligne 3). Quartier tranquille proche des monuments de Paris.
- aucun contact avec l’entreprise qui loue cet appartement (à part des mails automatiques)
- informations très vagues concernant le parking, ne répondent pas au téléphone et le lendemain ne se préoccupent absolument pas de toi malgré 25 coups de téléphone
- il n’y a qu’à lire les précédents commentaires pour comprendre qu’ils s’en fichent complètement (la porte des toilettes ne se ferme toujours pas, on réserve pour 4 et le canapé lit n’est préparé- il manquait d’ailleurs les draps)
- devoir aller chercher et ramener la clé dans une épicerie à 1klm…c’est une blague? Heu non
- propreté suspecte (moisissures sur les draps de lit , taches sur les serviettes de bain)
Bref, si le service avait été au moins sympathique j’aurais mis une bonne note pour l’emplacement mais vu comment ils s’occupent de leurs clients…
