The villa and outside area is beautiful and so clean with the added free mid week clean that was a great!
Location and pool steps which broke during our visit leaving me with nasty cuts and bruises on my arm and legs. This was not even acknowledged by host yes steps were fixed well one of them was the other was left leaving it difficult to enter/exit the pool but there was no apology, even after asking! The most annoying thing was the maintenance guy found bits of the step on the bbq meaning somebody knew they were damaged which is upsetting as injury could have been avoided.

The villa is very beautiful, with a spacious yard full of plants and palm trees, and a pool large enough for six people. The rooms are fine, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We had access to a private parking spot for one car, right inside the yard. There is also a barbecue grill, which we frequently used for dinner. They also have Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for rest and relaxation. I would also add that they provided us with chairs and a crib for children.
The villa is located somewhat at the edge of the Ayia Napa, in Ayia Thekla, so you definitely need a rental car to get to the nearby well-known beaches (12 minutes to Nissi Beach) and to go shopping. If that’s not an issue, it’s definitely a good choice. There are also no restaurants nearby, but you can use delivery services to order food.

Das Haus, die Lage, der Pool, einfach alles war perfekt. Mann muss ein Auto haben um in die näher liegenden Dörfer zu gelangen. Zur Erholung, abseits vom Rummel ist es nur zu empfehlen.
