2 Chambre Arena - La Chapelle

For the price, location, and level of safety, this place offers excellent value. It’s situated in La Chapelle—an area I personally really like—but I understand it can feel a bit gritty to some, and may require a certain level of street awareness. I mention this simply because everyone experiences places differently. That said, as with any travel, approaching your surroundings with respect, confidence, and basic awareness goes a long way—take care of your belongings, stay mindful, and you’ll be absolutely fine. The location is very convenient: close to many amenities, just a short walk to the metro, and near the 350 bus, which runs 24 hours and goes directly to CDG airport. My room had everything I needed, including a small balcony with a pleasant view (see attached photo). I also felt very safe thanks to the multiple layers of security required to access the property. The owner was kind, accommodating, and quick to assist when I had a minor issue with the entry process. It’s a simple, efficient, and affordable place to stay—nothing fancy, and not meant to be at this price point—but clean enough and truly great value for money. Overall, I would definitely return, especially as I regularly work in Paris. It’s a practical and convenient option. Thank you very much—I’d happily recommend it. 価格、立地、安全面を考えると、とてもコストパフォーマンスの高い滞在先だと思います。場所はラ・シャペルにあり、個人的にはとても好きなエリアですが、人によっては少し雑多で、ある程度のストリート感覚が必要だと感じるかもしれません。感じ方は人それぞれなので、その点だけお伝えしておきます。ただ、どこを旅するにしても同じですが、周囲に敬意を持ち、自信を持って落ち着いて行動し、貴重品の管理や基本的な注意を怠らなければ、特に問題はないと思います。 立地はとても便利で、周辺にはいろいろあり、地下鉄も近く、さらにCDG空港へ直通で行ける24時間運行の350番バスの停留所もすぐ近くです。 お部屋には必要なものが一通り揃っており、小さなバルコニーからは気持ちの良い景色も楽しめました（写真をご参照ください）。また、建物に入るまでにいくつかのセキュリティがあり、安心して滞在することができました。入室時に少し手間取った際も、オーナーの方が親切で柔軟に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。 全体として、とてもシンプルで機能的、そして手頃な価格の宿です。この価格帯で過度な期待をするべきではありませんが、清潔さも十分で、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いと感じました。 総合的に見て、パリで仕事をする機会が多い私にとって、便利で現実的な選択肢なので、またぜひ利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。おすすめできる滞在先です。

The walls are quite thin, and while there’s a “quiet after 10pm” rule in place, not everyone sticks to it perfectly—which is understandable. That said, it didn’t affect me much and I still slept well, so it’s not something I’d complain about. The check-in instructions were a bit lengthy and detailed, but that’s mainly due to the multiple layers of security (front gate, two entrance doors, the main apartment door, and the room itself). Overall, I found the level of security very reassuring. 壁はやや薄く、「22時以降は静かに」というルールはあるものの、必ずしも全員が守っているわけではありません。ただ、こういうことはよくあることですし、個人的には特に気にならず、十分に休むことができたので、不満というほどではありません。 チェックインの案内は少し長くて細かい印象でしたが、これはセキュリティがしっかりしているためだと思います（正面ゲート、エントランスドアが2つ、さらにメインの玄関ドアと部屋のドア）。全体としては、とても安心感のあるセキュリティでした。

Super cena i przede wszystkim lokalizacja, blisko do metra jak i przystanku autobusowego. W pokoju jak, łazience czysto i zadbane. Właściciel bardzo pomocny rozpisał nam jak sie zameldować nawet w późnych godzinach. Pokój mały z wygodnym łóżeczkiem, idealnie dla dwojga, bardzo polecimy i będziemy wracać jak będziemy w Paryżu. Jedyny minus to wspólna łazienka ale można sie przyzwyczaić, jak za tą cenę bardzo super.

O local é simples, limpo. Para o que eu precisava estava bom, é ideal para viajantes em transito ou que vai passar o dia todo na rua e voltar para casa só para dormir. Não tem muito o que dizer pois estava dentro do que eu havia contratado e esperado.

Nada relevante, no geral não tenho o que reclamar

Chambre agréable, bien chauffée, rangement et table. Entrée commune avec micro-onde et bouilloire. Salle de bain avec baignoire et WC séparé. Bonne situation à proximité du métro et de Montmartre (à 4 stations de métro). Les explications sont précises, l'entrée et le check Out se font facilement. Merci beaucoup
