On the positive side, the staff at reception were friendly, the apartment felt spacious, the location was good, and everything was clean. Despite some negative points, the price-quality ratio was still good for what we needed.

No Netflix, only a few local TV channels . During breakfast, we noticed guests with bandages from recent operations, as the property seems to collaborate with a nearby clinic—interesting to see. Only two towels were provided for four people. There was no parking available, even though it was mentioned in the description. Breakfast was not replenished after 10 a.m., and the bathroom was not very practical. Although the apartment had a kitchen, there were no plates, pans, or cutlery provided.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Parkhaus war ideal, die Lage vom Hotel sehr Zentral. Zimmer entsprach grundsätzlich der Buchung.

W-LAN war leider sehr schwach, kein Besteck trotz Küche. Beim Frühstück viele Hotelgäste mit OPs.

Good location, nice room

Very disappointing service, especially for a 4* hotel. Everyone working there seems to have better things to do than their own job. The daytime receptionist is always looking at her phone, not saying “hello” ever, not welcoming and not providing any information (such as breakfast hours, WiFi, etc.) unless specifically asked, and then acts annoyed. We asked for a baby cot (after we already requested it through booking and got confirmation). we got one from a man that was evidently irritated by the fact he had to bring one, with a mattress just thrown in together with a sheet and a pillow (as in: make it yourselves). We took a suite with a kitchen but there is not one single dish in it. No sponge or detergent, or glass or plate or anything whatsoever that would resemble a kitchen. Breakfast: nobody helping with service, waitresses and receptionist having breakfast together next to the guests (never ever seen something like this - was it allowed or they are just doing their own business and eating breakfast on the expenses of the hotel owner?). We asked for a baby chair and got a dirty one, halfway to the table. Coffee and all other drinks served in paper cups (in a 4*, really?!?). We were 3 guests and got only 2 sets of towels. Asked for new ones 2 times but seems impossible to get it. We put the sign to clean our room but the only thing they did was exchange (2) towels and open a window (while air conditioning was on). In 3 nights the room was not cleaned once. We asked for 2 bottles of water and the receptionist told us they will bring it to us, after 20 minutes we went back down to take it ourselves as we did not want them to wake the baby, and there were irritated, saying it will be charged (yes, of course?!) All in all, this place is beautiful and well positioned but it’s a disaster in customer care and workers attitude.
