It was easy to check in and the place was very cozy, some rooms are a little too cold but the heaters and chimney made up for it (:

We have been to big Bear many times, this is the first time try a resort. 2Adults and three kids. 3 beds individual rooms. The fireplace and curly stair are so beyond exception for a family winter retreat. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom and living room. Everything makes us feel at home. It’s a wonderful vacation. Thanks for the resort management. Checkin and checkout are very smooth.
