The simplicity of the village will enchant your holiday. It is located a few steps from the medieval Civita, in the historic center of Bagnoregio, in a very quiet alley, but close to all the necessary services, bars, restaurants, and shops for shopping. We have a functional eat-in kitchen with a table where you can prepare breakfast, with everything you need. The living room with a fireplace that marks the color of the time, has a sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 more people if necessary. the holiday home has a large bedroom with a double bed, simple, comfortable and functional, where you can rest peacefully and have your own space and privacy at your disposal. The adjacent bedroom completes the subdivision of the rooms, also featuring a bed. The totally new and immaculate bathroom offers all the comforts to meet every need in terms of cosmetics and extreme cleanliness. The garden, which has also been restored with new flower beds and new bricks, is very well looked after and is certainly a reason to have excellent barbecues or simply do fun activities with your kids. The holiday home is truly located in a strategic point in the center of Bagnoregio, 2 steps from Palazzo Granaroli which is another larger holiday home of mine on three floors and a characteristic cave undergoing restoration. La Simpliicità del Borgo is ready to dedicate all the time necessary to you, so that yours is a holiday with the right, simple spirit, in the right awareness, of finding yourself immersed in a good and healthy lifestyle. Breathe in fresh and new air, it won't be easy to leave the house of someone who lived and walked in the footsteps of cardinals, of perpetuals, of carpenters, of the small shopkeepers of times gone by, who from your extreme curiosity you will immerse yourself in imagining yourself at the center stage of your dream holiday.
I am Patrizia, I live in Rome, and I inherited from one of my aunts a splendid house called the simplicity of the Borgo in Bagnoregio which I promptly restored in a modern and functional style, leaving some details from the past. I received this house as an inheritance, having been given to me by a very dear person, I have always taken great care of her, but I was sorry to leave her at the mercy of time and therefore the decision to rent her out to travelers interested in staying in the splendid Civita di Bagnoregio
