This modern appointed villa is set directly on the lake, it has the added advantage of a private pool, private beach and boat access. Situated on the Lombard shore, conveniently located to explore the region.

Two double bedrooms (air-conditioned), three bathrooms, one with shower and two with bath. A large kitchen, spacious living room with dining area and stunning lake views! A single bedroom (usually closed - can be rented upon request).
GROUND LEVEL
Large suite (approx.63sqm) with double round bed, fireplace, T.V , Jacuzzi hot tub, shower and large glass sliding doors leading to the large garden and lake with air-conditionig. Twin/double bedroom (90x200) with sauna and bathroom with shower and air-conditioning.
OUTDOORS
Swimming pool (10x5m; with heating system on request). Terrace with sunbeds, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, BBQ, wood oven. 13 steps down to the lake shore.
