Villa Maxima Agri is located on the old Roman road Decumanus Maximus agri which in it's past connected Poreč with central Istria from whom this villa owes its name.
The villa is located in the village Filipini, 7 km from Porec and the sea. Villa Maxima Agri in the past was a part of the property of the count Giorgio Filippi's castle which name carries the village Filipini. The house is tastefully furnished with lot's of designer details offering its guests a unique experience and comfort.
Villa Maxima Agri on it's lovely enclosed property offers to its guests the following features: heated swimming pool of 40 sqm with salt water with an extra children's pool, two terraces with table and chairs, fireplace for barbecuing, bio-pool, outdoor shower, sunchairs and parasol. Two private parking places are outside the fence of the property.
Holiday house near Porec with a capacity of 6 people with a total area of 210 m2 on three fully air-conditioned floors.
The villa consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room that continues to the richly equipped kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom with private bathroom / toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double room with private shower / toilet, and on the second floor there is one more double room, and a shower / toilet in the hallway.
The back of the house on which Villa Maxima Agri leans is owned by the same owners and no one stays there during the rental period, so the entire yard is available to guests of the house.
Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

A stunning property with easy access to all amenities and only a 10 minute drive to the beach or local town.
Fantastic hosts who made sure we were happy and comfortable.

This is a truly stnning place top stay.Istria is incredible and although it does not have sandy beaches the access to the sea was excellent. Clear blue and warm waters. There was also oots to see and do.The villa itself was step up from places where we have stayed before and could not be faulted in any way. It was in a quiet and very secluded location away from the masses. The pool as excellent and clean. Air con that worked helped with the week of extreme temperatures that we had whilst we were there. In sinple terms it was the perfect venue for us as a family.We arrived early and bumped into our hosts who were engaging, enthusiastic and extremely helpful with suggestions for things to see and do.
