Logement spacieux, propre et récent.
Annonce trompeuse : 4 chambres annoncées alors qu’il s’agit de 3 chambres et d’un coin montagne dans le couloir. Pas de condiments de base. Wi-Fi fonctionnel uniquement si la borne est rentrée depuis la terrasse.

Good location only 100M from the bus stop which took you up to the Ardent lift. Comfortable beds with good kitchen facilities and lounge area. Underground parking which we did not expect. 15 minute walk to Montriond which had a shop, bar and restaurant. Buses into Morzine
Bit of a hassle to get into the flat. Only one key which we went to great lengths to make sure we did not leave in the flat as the door locks behind you. Would have appriciated a call from someone to check we had arrived and all ok?. Could have done with one loo roll in the place when we arrived!!. We booked the linen extra, got a message about a week prior re payment to an Iban account. This was a hassle for us as we did not have the facility. My son paid this from his company account. Needs a standard bank transfer facility.

Location is ideal for access to Ardent, Avoriaz/Chatel. Apartment is modern, clean and tidy.
There was a mix-up on bed linen and the agent sent an 'out of office' until one week later. By chance, the property owner was able to help solve 90%.
